Bring the training to your institution
For schools, districts, campuses, agencies, and organizations with a group of ten or more. A certified facilitator, or Dr. Starks himself, delivers the training for your people. Tell us who they are and when, and we will come back with options and a quote.
How it works
- Send the request. Who is in the room, how many, and when. That's enough to start.
- We shape the day. A short call to understand what you need your people to leave with, then a proposal with a quote, a W-9, and whatever your business office needs for a purchase order.
- The training. One full day at your site, delivered by a certified facilitator or by Dr. Starks. Multi-day sequences are available for leadership teams.
- Keep it going. Districts that want the work to continue can certify their own facilitators, so the training keeps running without booking an outside trainer each time.
Schools and districts
The Education Edition: a full day for classroom teachers, reading specialists, literacy coaches, Title I staff, school administrators, school staff, athletic coaches, and school volunteers.
Other institutions
For campuses, agencies, courts, healthcare organizations, companies, and community organizations, Dr. Starks shapes the training to your field. Applications of the Framework for other fields are in development.
Who delivers it
Facilitators certified by Dr. Starks deliver the same content, the same reflections, and the same standards he does. Contracts, invoicing, and scheduling are handled by the Center for Teacher Effectiveness, which has supported educator training since 1993.
Beyond the training day
Institutions that want help putting the Framework into practice, in their data, their policies, and their leadership, can work with Dr. Starks directly on implementation.
