Dr. Brian Chad Starks is a transformational soul coach, speaker, and criminologist whose work sits at the intersection of healing, identity, courage, and systemic impact.
Raised in the South and shaped by family, faith, community, sports, and lived experience, Dr. Starks understands the journey from pain to purpose. With over 25 years of work in education, leadership, community engagement, and criminal justice systems, he has guided thousands in reclaiming clarity, courage, and identity.
He created The Courageous Hearts Collective as a spiritual and practical home for people ready to heal deeply, grow intentionally, and step into their purpose as Messengers.
